A report is produced for each car in the sale giving an Overall Condition Grade, Including Interior and Exterior Grades,

We search on-line and from here in the UK and use these reports as a Guide to assist us in targeting a particular vehicle

The report gives details such as, Status of previous owner, Year, Make & Model, Chassis Number, Specification, Service Hand Books, Kilometers / Mileage,

Also any Accident History is shown. Please note, we avoid buying these vehicles unless particularly requested to do so.

There are also comments made by the inspector and sometimes by the pervious owner, it is MOST IMPORTANT to know what these comments are referring to

So our team of buyers armed with this report can check the vehicles HANDS ON, and being English speakers and fluent in Japanese can read the report in full comparing what it is saying to the vehicle it relates to.

6 or Above
Vehicle is as New. usually only given to vehicles with delivery Klm / Miles
   5
Vehicle in near new condition and Original with Very Low Klm / Miles and No repairs required
   4.5
Vehicle in Superb condition. Very few slight Scratches. Overall a Very clean car in general with less that 30,000 Klm / 20,000 Miles

Vehicle in excellent condition, few Scratches and Dents due to normal wear and tear in general less that 100,000 Klm / 62,000 Miles

Vehicle has scratches and noticeable dents. One or Two panels may need paintwork This Grade is usually given to a vehicle in average condition. Up to 125,000 Klm We don’t recommend or bother to buy cars below this Grade.

Various noticeable scratches or dents to three panels or more, some panel may need replacing.

Low auction Grade 1 / 2 vehicles. Fall under the following circumstances
